Premium Screen Filters consist of sintered meshes and the safety case formed in a layered filter material. The filter configuration allows to achieve 20-30% of open flow area with filter durability comparable with the base pipe rigidity which provides rotation of the filter during set-through long descending or rotation at the open hole replacement.
The inner filtering material provides constant discharge across the whole surface reducing the flow velocity through the filter thereby improving the sand retain control and diminishing the erosion.
Due to the filter sintered filtering layer enhanced rigidity, the filter shape may be adjusted without pores opening and sand retain properties changing.
